Does anybody use down payment assistance programs? I am an AE with a company in CA that has a 5-20% DPA program in CA. I would appreciate any comments/feedback you have.

| I guess I should have been more specific. This program is not equity sharing, the buyer doesn't have to pay it back. You don't have to be FHA approved. |
