Are you part of the Stelman Group? Can you explain how you can be a employee of a national bank and offer 1099 & FHA loans? What is a Partners Licenses? I was told that you Ken Stelman that your employees network with Banks and are employed by more than one bank?

I guess that was poor english sorry. This is what I was trying to ask you.
1. What is a Partners License as shown on your site? How does that work?
2. Are you a part of the Stelman Group?
3. How can you offer a person 1099 and work for a FDIC National Bank?
4. How can you offer a person a 1099 and allow them to do FHA Loans?

1. the company is licensed and contracted to several 50 state lenders as a third party originator 2.steltman group is one of the organizations involved in the program. 3.the only entity that is paid 1099 is a corporation not a person and none of the affiliates are employees of an fdic bank. 4.all government loans are paid out in w2 wages.

what are the total fees per file?

the fees would depend on the actual loan and lender and of course the program you choose to get setup with. VB offers a per file option and an unlimited option.

there is no exact quote of fees per loan because you may be brokering a loan and have different underwriting fees from each lender. as far as vb fees there is a per file broker fee of $495 or an unlimited monthly fee of $1400. processing is $495 per loan or you can make arraingements to have an onsite processor at a different rate.

Hi,

Can you tell me who gets the SRP - the broker or the bank?

Thanks

srp is only achieved when a bank funds on their warehouse lines and then sells the loans in bundles on the secondary market. most corespondant lenders dont hold the loans anymore so there is no srp. all ysp is included in the commissions.

with Reverses all Reverse Mortgage Lenders pay SRP when the loan funds. The amount is determined by the age of the youngest person on Title and the amount of the monthly service fee.

kyle, your program looks great except for the commission structure resembles ameriquest a little too close. are you having alot of success recruiting lo's that are used to the higher splits of 50 to 80%?

Thanks! We are having record breaking months! I used to work for Ameriquest a long time ago and there commission was only 12% plus a crappy base salary. We pay out up to 80%. Lo's need to remember that 100% of nothing = NOTHING! You would agree right?

yes,i agree that 80% is more then fair if the company is covering all expenses and leads. i was refering to the 33% commission offered for the call center lo's? i am very interested in hearing more about this offer so i have a clear understanding of how it works. can an outside originator submit loans from all 50 states without a license?

midas is Paul Slazas, my uncle. and most likely they dont want to respond to someone that posts with a negative attitude and dosnt list their name in their profile which is against the outpost rules. your name says it all, you are just fishing for any responce to pounce on and attack. if you really are interested i can provide you with some affiliate contacts to ask questions. also MGD who you accused as being Midas on the other thread can provide you with plenty of affiliate contacts to interview. "if you are serious" lets first start off with your real name and some contact info?

again you accuse me of being paul. my name is brandon as stated in my profile and i am pauls nephew. i live in portland but i used to live in california and worked for midas financial for 2 years. in the other section you accused martin denier of being midas and you asked if midas still owned virtual branch which he never did?? no one is going to respond to someone who calls themselves ball buster and makes all kinds of false accusations, sorry my friend but you will need to add your real name to your profile and provide some contact information before anyone gives you any references to contact.

bahl buster, not all people in the mortgage industry come to brokeroutpost and not all affiliate branches are recruited here. if you want some references contact virtualbranch via the website contact form and they will provide the references for you to call.

I did the same thing Brandon. Completed the form around 2-3 weeks ago and nobody has contacted me. Then I called the phone number on your website and it just rings. That's why I asked you for a phone number of somebody I could talk with.

Called, emailed, and even faxed a request for someone to get back to me - still no answer. This seems VERY shady...

b.buster, i dont keep track of where the people come from, i just get paid a flat fee for any of the affiliates that sign up. i dont even answer the contact me or phone calls, i just put the offer out there and if someone signs up i get paid. as for your contstant misconception of who i am then please feel free to come visit me in oregon and we will call paul in california while you are here so you can see we are two different people. if you are so obsessed with finding paul then why dont you call him, i will gladly give you his number privately.
