Is there a 50 state net branch (or close to it) that has per file fees of 500 or lower? I was with CFIC until they went under and their program was ideal and I can't seem to find anything that compares to that one.

Yes, although he has some great programs, none fit my needs exactly. I'm beginning to think I may be looking for too much.

No, I have not spoken to them. Do you have contact information? BTW, did that commercial referral get in touch with you last week?

I did talk to the one in Clearwater (that's where CFIC wanted everyone to go). From what I remember, they have a flat monthly branch fee; I really prefer a per file fee. I pass it through right on the HUD as an admin fee when permitted. I really would like to keep a program like that.

Patrick,

I'll be calling you this week, we are really interseted in the per hour dialer. We have been doing the monthly unlimited with another company, but the hourly rate will return more value for us.

Awesome. We are actuall making some upgrades to our servers so that we can offer even lower rates.

On the topic of net branches, have you considered working with a branch that offers access to a Fed Charter? That would make it easier to find a company that will offfer you the per file fee setup you are looking for in your "bread and butter" state and slighly higher fees in the "Fed" states.

That sounds like a great program, but I haven't even found anything like that yet. Do you have a list of Fed Chart branch companies?

I don't maintain any lists. But, I can drop a few names of companies that I don't hear any complaints about.

1st Metropolitan Mortgage
Gateway Mortgage
Freedom Mortgage
