Are you trying to do commercial/industrial loans to diversify out of residential markets that are not producing income for you? Did you know some of these loans involve items other than real estate?
If you do find an appraiser that is qualified to do appraisals for you, did you know very few can value the non-realty items?

I can do appraisals on the non-realty items anywhere in the US, either with a "desktop" appraisal or by referral to one of the over 300 M&E appraisers in my association.
