Any Wholesale Lenders out there that can do a 100% CLTV loan for a $360k purchase for an owner occupied single family residential (SFR) property in southern California near Los Angeles?
The borrower has a 720 mid FICO.
Ideally, borrower would prefer stated income - verified assets, but the borrower can do limited docs or full docs (depending on the requirements). Can anyone help? Thanks. |

| Try US Bank, full doc only. I don't know of anyone doing stated to 100% |

Thanks bigballer202. I hope US Bank isn't going to automically knock off 5% from the appraised value. Looks like most lenders are doing that these days, even in the Los Angeles area and with solid appraisal report and good comparables. |

Try US Bank, they will not hit you with the 5% for declining market but they will only do this full doc, call J.J. Soni 818-402-5398 good friend of mine, tell him I sent you. If you're not signed with them be prepared to do it because they are very difficult. Good luck to you.
