Any Wholesale Lenders out there that can do a 100% CLTV loan for a $360k purchase for an owner occupied single family residential (SFR) property in southern California near Los Angeles?

The borrower has a 720 mid FICO.

Ideally, borrower would prefer stated income - verified assets, but the borrower can do limited docs or full docs (depending on the requirements). Can anyone help? Thanks.

Try US Bank, full doc only. I don't know of anyone doing stated to 100%

Thanks bigballer202. I hope US Bank isn't going to automically knock off 5% from the appraised value. Looks like most lenders are doing that these days, even in the Los Angeles area and with solid appraisal report and good comparables.

Try US Bank, they will not hit you with the 5% for declining market but they will only do this full doc, call J.J. Soni 818-402-5398 good friend of mine, tell him I sent you. If you're not signed with them be prepared to do it because they are very difficult. Good luck to you.
