First Scenario... 12 million loan amount 65% LTV Stated Income Over 3 Million in liquid assets SFR California 720+ score Cash-out Refi
Second scenario
45 Million 55% LTV Full Doc 50 million in assets SFR California 620 Mid < --------- Cash-out Refi

Initials M.J. ??? If so, this deal has been shopped to death. Put out an LOI to a black hole about 3 months ago.

it's interesting to see the county docs on that property - if it's mj's.... surprisingly, mj has it in his personal name!
just a side note.... can you imagine having THAT mortgage payment....
i guess where he's living now - dubai - they don't care about his past.... or his foreclosure....

p.s. luxmac - don't send them your loan if you want to get paid.... beware.... not here to cast stones... but they are hard to deal with then when you give up... they go back in behind you and close it in their name.... or that's what has been reported.... i know we won't use 'em..... |
