| Does anyone on here have connections to some acquisition and development lenders or bridge loan lenders? I'm not looking for any brokers either. It seems everyone turns out to be a broker on these deals. I have a couple of A&D deals that I would like to see if I can find someone to do. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help. | If it's an SFR A&D, you're going to have a tough time finding someone to do it with the majority of the country being classified as a declining market. |
