| You are basically looking at full doc only on this fico and if that works for you it might be a good idea to give the loan amount and the county and state of the subject? Thanks |

If this is a conforming deal and doing it R/T I can do it. Here's your pricing going full doc with 2 months PITI. 6.625% .125%YSP 6.875% .75%YSP This are both on a 30yr. fix, no ppp. Let me know, I'm also assuming this property is in LA County, Cali.
