Anyone have a script or suggetions on how much info a TM should gatter before turning over the call to an LO ?
Calling Subprime and current FHAs to refinace to fix or possibly use reverse to pay off current mtg |

| Put together as many questions as you would liked answered to best weed out those that don't want or need you at this time...The TMer needs to realize what type of person is in front of them and how much info they can get out of that person...Some of course will give up the world, others you have to pull teeth with or just won't give to a TMer but would to the "pro"... |
