I have a borrower in California looking for a loan - rolling 30's only, 85% LTV, owner occ, personal bank statements for full doc income, 586 fico - rate not too important, just need a home and need one FAST!!!!

10% 30 yr fixed
24 months bank statements
Must be S/E or 1099ed
