Sub-Prime lenders with no bk seasoning?

I currently have 4 nice deals that I am having problems with due to bk/foreclosure seasoning: all have at least a perfect 12 month mortgage history, but some some had been in foreclosure as little as 13 months ago precluding them from FHA financing.

Some also haven't been discharged until 4 months after the bk paid off, making the bk seasoning less than 1 year.

All are at LTV's 80% or less and make sense. Any lenders?
