Have you been approached by a friend or acquaintance regarding the MonaVie MLM program? What about ANY MLM program? Have you been invited to a tasting? Am I the only person that realizes you lose the respect and trust of your friends, co-workers, neighbors and acquaintances the moment you start pitching any MLM to them? What are your thoughts?

OK, this is a blatant Link Bait, but I am honestly curious to know if it's just me or how many others have had this same experience.... In the last month I have had tons of people I know getting approached or joining this and am wondering if it because we run in the same circles or if this is pretty widespread... |

| We run in the same circles, so yes I guarantee most people on here have seen or heard about it. I've been approached two different times, none of my friends are on it but I've met previous mortgage pros who are. One of the top girls at Lending Tree for the last few years left the company and is devoted to it now, as beautiful as she is, she couldn't convince me to fall into such a scheme!! |

| Most MLS have a cult like following, thay act as if they have the "only" way to riches. I love it when they ask "would you like to make $20k per month" we respond, heck no I could not afford that kind of pay cut and walk out! |

Brian: Damn straight. One of the best salesmen I know and my former mentor / manager is in it. This guy is diesel and he is somebody you want on your team, hand down, but he is soooo in it. He is the type of guy that kills it in anything he does because he is so good, but he is 100% into this. I tried to explain to him that YES, he will be successful because he will be successful at anything he puts his mind to, but most people will intrinsically lose money in MLM. He is just like others though in that I am seeing friendships of 15 plus years nearly end because the inductor is not willing to accept that the inductee isn't into MLM. It's that big of a deal with some of these people.
It speaks volumes about where the market is, but more importantly it speaks volumes about people's character.... some people want sooooo badly to believe, and that is a good thing up to a point...
I'm trying to find out how many people are in it because they think they will be successful as opposed to how many people are in it because they just want their friends that are recruiting them to shut up....
At the end of the day there is no defense for MLM, the comments in link to my blog post are pretty good in regards to my points on MLM....It's one of those disucssions you don't think you will ever have to have...Some of these guys used to complain when we only made 20k in a month and now they're selling juice? The times they are a changin'. |

| The funny thing is these Monavie sales guys push this stuff like it's some type of Miracle Juice that can't be found anywhere else so that's how they justify the outrageous price of a bottle of Monavie. What is funny is you can find the SAME juice on most any Nutrition site for more than HALF the price. I never understood what the hell all the hype is about Monavie. It's basically overpriced fruit juice but I'm sure the Monavie guys will come out of the woodwork and defend their special juice. LOL |
