I have a client self employed 20yrs, 650 fico,wants a cash out refi, 50K loan amount. I've got a full package including appraisal. I need to go personal bank statements (i've got 2 yrs). He's been in a private mortgage since 1999 and is 0 X 30. I've got cashiers checks for 2 yrs. He has two bankruptcys the last discharged over a year. He also has 2 closed trade lines and that's it.
