Hello. I wanted to let all lenders and brokers know that there will now be an easy way to find experienced Lakefront Appraisers throughout the USA. This is the only directory of its kind on the web and going live in March, 2008.
For those of you who do alot of jumbo loans on these high end lake properties, you know what a disaster it can be to send just any appraiser out to a specialty property like lakefront!

Please check it out! I would very much appreciate comments on whether you feel this site will be beneficial for mortgage brokers, lenders, realtors, etc. I am a lakefront appraiser here in Georgia and decided that this kind of site was so lacking on the internet, so that is why I am developing it now.
We are also offering spotlight advertising for lenders & realtors that deal with lake property in any manner. Exposure will be HUGE, just like most of the lake web site out there.
Thanks for any insight or comments you have regarding the site and comment if you would use it in the future to find experienced lake appraisers for your loans!
