I am looking for lenders that can do a construction loan lending 100% of the cost to build. I hope something like 90% of apprasied value.
It is SFR, Full doc, in UT, 700+ scores, Princable residence, $375,000 loan amount. Hashigh W2 income but short on assets so needs 100% of the cost.
If you think you know a lender that can do it, pass it a long.
Thanks,

I think for most borrowers, on conforming stuff, you need 5% hard investment. Let me know if that would work.

Most lenders have exited or tightened up their construction lending. The only lender I knew of that was doing 100% of cost was www.americanconstructionbroker.com You may want to check them out. Pretty much everyone else is going to require at least 5% of the total acquisition cost.
