Veronica, according to your website, City Lights Financial is not a wholesale lender. Please explain how you propose you will fund this loan for the OP?

Haha, who cares? Let her waste time on it. I'm pretty sure that City Lights Financial doesn't have super secret custom access to the only investor doing 95% SIVA jumbo purchases in the United States. |

Yeah, I think she was hoping the same thing, only not necesarily to help you, but to replace you as the LO . She does not appear to have an individual license under City Lights Financial so must be working W2'd without a license under their CFL license. |

Doesn't seem like it. She was busy posting for help on one of her own deals while responding to scenario requests in several threads as an AE caliming she can fund other people's loans.

I need something similar, can anyone be of assistance????
1 million loan amount 62% ltv/cltv (appraisal at $1,625,000) $308k in 401k very little other cash because she just bought another property and put down $460k cash. 743 fico Self Employed duplex NOO (actually it could be considered 2nd home) it is in a revocable trust, so the loan will go in her name and after closing the property with be put back into trust.
