I have a file that I have sent to more lenders than I can remember all of which told me they can get it done, obviously not the case and I have heard amazing excuses why they can't. This is a 67% LTV O/O SFR in FL located on a PGA golf course, we need Hybrid or standard pay option arm a 3yr PPP is fine and the borrower is SIVA w/ 753 FICO. Loan amount is 4.4 mil and the current 2nd is subordinated with the appraised value of 6.6 mil, the last lender to have the file was able to work with the income that we are provided them as a supplement but said the appraisal was incorrect and cut the value to 3.2 mil. Once you see the appraisal and READ it all the way through you will see that this is not the case all. Yes I have tried Chevy and they are no longer lending in FL and also tried BF Saul who closed their doors yesterday. |
