actually only reports 90 day late on credit, but will be 120 this month. Just pulled credit. probably going to be around 60%. Just sent comp out.

Morgan Financial has a Great Equity Share Program that I just closed 2 deals with last month.
They worked for me, so I have only great things to say. I hope this helps...
