Purchase price is 350K
ALF with 6 beds (fully occupied) $166,200 annual gross with $94K in profit.
Borrower has a 700 credit score and 20% down. Full Doc.
Please let me know if you can do this loan. Borrower signed a contract and was told by another broker she needed 35% down, she only has 20%.
I will greatly appreciate your help & input.

25% down and we can help and full doc. Stated income, we are only to 65% ltv/cltv as well.
I think it's going to be hard to find 80% ltv. Good luck. |
