borrower has serious collectons about 80,000 in credit card debt and hasnt paid a dime in months. she is going a divorce and husband ran up the credit cards and left her with debt. can anyone do this loan???? i need a loan with the least amount of monthly payment possibly interst only loan she is willing to do a HELOC of $50,000 please let me know!!!! |

I've got a loan for her, just don't know where she fits.
I'm assuming you aren't set up for FHA? Read below. I would try and run this one FHA if the DTI works out.
