Is anyone out there still doing Seller Carry backs 20%???

| Wachovia Portfolio can do it on a case-by-case basis but we will not allow the seller to receive cash in the transaction... |

You should check ALLREGS and HUD handbook , who trains you guys ? look up your Fannie , Freddie , FHA guidelines , if your scenario does not conform to that then you can post a request for some type of hard money / ALT A / portofolio , wholesaler to help you , stop being lazy , |
