I dont know by reading your post if we can help, but if anyone can, we can....

Please let us know if we can help you - I'm sure that if there is any financing options for your clients out there, we can find it in our vast internal database of commercial lending sources of which we are direct brokers for (currently stands at 250+ entries as of today).

Would like to see the appraisal. Can you email it? We can certainly handle the scenario, but whenever there is excess land involved, we tend not to give it much value.
