Can anyone recommend a lender for the following scenario:
Loan Amount: $2,500,000 LTV: 80% FICO: 780 Full Doc Refinance Cash Out SFR O/O 5/1 Interest Only Property is in CA

I can go to 70% and 2.5M.

All they do are jumbos. I think they can go up to 90 ltv on that one. |

Thornburg's matrices only go 90% to a mill, 80% to 1.8, 75 to three mill

It all depends on liquid assets in reserves on this file granted that it is full doc and all. Also the other concern is about declining market factor as well as how much they are looking for cash out and what it is being used for.
