| I have a borrower looking to buy a home with acreage in northern california but i have mainly worked on smaller residential properties. Does any one know who will lend on between 20 and 40 acres and what ltv/cltv they will go up to? The purchase price would be between 200,000 and 300,000. 710 fico |

| If you're full doc, just run it through DU and as long as it approves, many of the big lenders do not have limits on acreage. CW and Citi are the 2 that come to mind. I have done 110 acres w/CW, just have to make sure you have a strong appraisal. |
