I have a scenario im having a hard time placing:
Full Doc
90% LTV C/O
55% Dti
O/O SFR
328000 loan amount
609 fico
Well need the rate at around 8.875 to make the dti work so we can buy the rate down a point if we have to. Please let me know if anyone thinks they can help.

I am at 9% on a 30 yr fixed take off .4 form rate with a 1 pt buydown For the 55% DTI I need to have 6 months reserves Give me a call if this helps If you already have a Citi Residential Lending AE please contact them.
