As a Branch of Mid Atlantic Capital you will be able to lend in 22 states. AL, AK, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, IN, MD, ME, MI, NH, NJ, NM, NC, NY, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA. (your branch must obtain licenses and/or appropriate certifications/registrations)
We are FHA/VA approved and have a flat fee per loan (Correspondent flat fee is $600, Broker flat fee is $750 and 2nd Mortgage flat fee is $250). We offer correspondent channels for both FHA and A paper but you can always chose to broker (we do not have first right of refusal). We allow our branches to select which lender, title company, and appraiser to use.
We offer weekly payroll. We have an easy sign up process and solid orientation so you will not feel stranded once you are operating your branch.
