Construction loan for condos
19 units, central phoenix prime location
appraised at 6 mil, cost approach at 4.5 mil. currently it is raw land.
looking for 60% ltv, has a 750 fico.
have a small bank already approved the loan, but some technical issues that one of the UW is giving us a hard time.
If anyone is interested, or could point me at the right direction that would be appreciated.
