Yes, sorta, North FL is having a lil issue right now in some areas, there was a good article on this in the news some months ago. People who speculated Commercial properties now losing, market rents having an effect as well. And a warehouse I had in Lauderdale appraised for 3.2 3 years ago, came in at 2.9 but mainly b/c there were a couple similar props that were defaulted on bringing down values in that area. I haven't had an appraisal cut though, but values have dipped depending on the area.

i have seen it in Alabama! my appraisal was cut in half!!

I haven't seen it personally. I have heard of that happening in MI/OH though.

Not alot yet....

But Florida Trend magazine believes that commercial property statewide will stop growing and possibly flatten out..... instead of a 15-20% growth rate.... it may only be 5% this year....

I have noticed in Naples that the appraised values on the properties we have been working on have not increased in the past few months at all.... but in Miami and Orlando they have continued to retain their value..... Daytona... flat.... Jax..... flat....

That's my two cents!
