Hi - I'm doing a research project and need
someone to put together 500-1,000 sample
Calyx Point version 5.3 or Encompass Borrower
Files simulating a variety of loans. I'm willing to pay between $0.50 to $1.00 per sample file.
Ideally, these samples would be based on real
data but do not include any real information (i.e. real borrower names, real social
security numbers, nor real phone numbers).
For someone in the mortgage industry, these
types of file are readily at hand or able to
be created but will need to be edited to
remove any real data.
However, to be perfectly clear - PLEASE
CHANGE NAMES, SOCIAL SECURITY, AND PHONE
NUMBERS - I don't need nor want anyway to
contact real people nor have the ability to
match the information in the calyx point or
encompass files with anyone. This is a
research project - I need name, phone, and
SS#s filled into the Calyx Point / elliemae
file for purposes of sifting data but I don't
need real names or contact information (feel
free to use a variety names based on Bart
Simpson, Wilma Flintsone, Don Duck, Ben
Franklin, Henry Ford, or whatever types of
names suits your personality).
Specifically, I'm looking for a sampling of
loans that have a variety of:
- interest rates, (both variable and fixed)
- property types
- loan types (primary, secondary, investment,
purchase, construction)
- loan amounts
- down payment amounts
- appraisal amounts
- property addresses
- different terms / due dates / monthly pymts / interest only periods
- a variety of closing dates
- a variety of lenders
- ARM index types
- Employment information
- details of transaction (i.e. loan 1003 loan app info)
- different borrower income levels, credit histories, debt levels, asset levels etc
