Have a client with 695 score. I have ran him DU with a modular home and got an Approve/Eligible. Double wide mobile home wit a permanent foundation. 59,000 sales price, owner occupied. There is also another parcel of land comes with it. Is any body that offers 100% or any thing close?

| You're referring to the structure as a modular and a mobile but is is probably a manufctured. You should probably clarify because loan programs and terms are signficantly different between the 3 types of factory housing. |
