I've got a client who has approval to help re-vitalize st. Louis, MO. This client is going to gut and re-hab about 50 homes. They need a re-hab loan of some sort to get them started. So in essence, my client needs a n/o/o re-hab loan of about $55,000. The house will be worth $150,000 when completed in 90 days. The only lender that I knew that could do this was indymac but they don't do it any more. Does anyone have a recommendation as to who may be able to do something like this?
