If you can use personal bank statements, try Wilmington.

What city. It sounds like it might fit within Wachovia's Portfolio guidelines.

3 points on the credit score and I'll have them fixed in the low 6's

David, I thought you did commercial? I can probably get 3 points out of it. Can you quote me as if I had it?

Hemet, Wachovia already chopped the appraisal because they will not allow for lot size adjustments. My subject is 1.5 acres and the comps are an acre and below.

I apologize. I lied to you. I'm capped at $417k for that program.

I signed on with Trust One as of this week as an AE. We're doing well on not cutting appraisals. The only thing we've got for this loan would be our subprime product and that would require bank statements.

Hey Scott I do not have one. Can you price the deal above for me Stated. I may not get this one because I am afraid the rates might be too much for him.

Going SIVA we have a hit for that jumbo, so here is the pricing based on our MVP program, (No mortgage lates in 18 months)

75% - 8.75% <PAR> on a 3/27 term

Not sure if that will create any benefit since it is r/t

Let me know if you have any questions, email me in case I am not on here checking responses
