I just want to update everyone to stay away from just mortgage. They are bonafide scammers. They will lie to you about programs blatantly. They offer supposed deals and then repeatedly trick confuse and scam the deals over and over. STAY AWAY from these scammers.
The AE's will lie to you, the underwriters will lie, and when you clear stips, they will continue to lie to you.
LIES all LIES!!
Consider yourself warned.

| A lot of benefits, the classic bait and switch, they get you in then try to flip you to another loan, it has gotten so bad that they are just hoping to get a few to go for higher rates and lower ltv's then upsell it on the secondary market. Not a bad scam.... |
