| Remember to keep your clients in mind who you CAN finance right now but have subpar credit scores or derogs on the credit. Close the loan you're working on and then send them through credit repair. Now you can turn around and refi them in 6-12 months. |

Ours don't, because you will receive personalized emails on every update that is done and you can track all your clients through a single login rather than having to waist precious time sitting on the phone with an account rep to go through each client file one at a time.
Additionally, each client you refer will result in a $50 referral back to you paid on the 15th of each month.

Thanks for the offer Dominic but we don't share information with ANY third parties. If we uploaded our clients information onto your system that would contradict that practice. Plus we've found that LO's really do appreciate a personal email from our reps.
As for a referral fee. We actually offer $40/file when LO's take part in our Affiliate Program. Keep in mind that we still only charge your clients $225/person and $395/couple. |

Hey Sam,
I own a mortgage lead generation company. I have countless leads that have been unsold, or sold to brokers that are unable to qualify them for home loans due to credit issues.
I have had to stop selling my brokers bad credit purchase leads because brokers simply cannot do anything for them. I still get these bad credit leads but most of the time these people go uncontacted at all.
Any thoughts??

I can appreciate that, but if you go with any system that you asked about in another ticket where your clients can log in, you will always be dealing with 3rd parties.
So you charge $225 for a year of service and pay the LO $40? and you make $185 for the work you do? I praise you on that one, Sam, cause that doesn't leave you with much money to run a company on. Email me offline, I'd like to talk to you about your busines model. Curiosity is killing this cat  |

We couldn't operate at these prices without the volume that we recieve. At our prices and with our service we don't seem to have much problem with volume.
Not every LO gets the $40 referral fee. Only those that sign up with our Affiliate Program. |
