Hello Dear Friends,
My friend has a broker Mortgage license to do loans in FL, and NJ. Do my friend will need to get a commercial license as well or, he can use the same license to commercial deal as well.
Also, my friend doesn't has an office set up. He was working as a LO before. But as he got a Broker license, does he needs to set up his own office to start doing loans. He alredy enrolled himself with Set2goLoans and Western Thrift (WTL). Do you guys suggest some other company who can go for 100% commission (apart from company's processing fee of $998 or 10%)?
To do commercial deal how to start up with. Please suggest some mortgage companies name who can do commercial and residential both. I want you guys suggestion. Your help will always be appreciated.
