My office is updating our lender database and currently we are looking for Suprime, Hard Money, Rehab Hard Money, Commercial, Construction Lenders. If you have a Nitch product or if you would like to be included on our list, please send details of your loan program with nitch products to my attention. Thank you

Hi Jnegash,

www.BrokerLenderLink.com is a Boolean Rules Pricing Engine that specializes in delivering Instant Qualification and Rate information based upon a vast 15 megabyte database of Boolean Expressions written to represent our Sub Prime and Hard Money lender guidelines. We currently have 73, listed below.

We are NOT a "Post and Wait" site that relies upon AEs for an answer
We are NOT an imprecise Aggregator
We ARE a Boolean Rules Engine, with Boolean Expressions written to represent the guidelines and rates of every lender in our system.

To learn more, read "A Broker's Guide to Online Pricing Engines" in BO Announcement Section.

By 2-1-08, we will have added Commercial Hard Money and Rehab to our Boolean Rules code and Scenario UI capabilities, for a total of 125+ lenders.

Here is our current lender list (as of 1-2-08). I hope it helps you place a loan today. If you'd like to see if any of these lenders can qualify your scenario, go to www.brokerlenderlink.com and click "Try it Now -Free!". Run your scenarios, and see if they qualify.
