Ok so I am looking for a 2/28 or 3/27 or 3/37 For this loan. CA,Rural,Bank Statements,622 credit score. 63%cltv 12 or 24 months bank statements.

I just noticed that my 3/27 is higher in rate for this scenario than my 30 Year Fixed... Crazy times.
Here is my 3/27 Hybrid:
7.30% (PAR), 7.65% (1.0% YSP)
Here is my 30 Year Fixed Hybrid:
7.20% (PAR), 7.50% (1.0% YSP)
