Purchase or Refi? If Refi when was it purchased? What's the cash out for? What did the borrower do to upgrade the land?
What size is the land? Is there an appraisal?
Whats the ltv? Loan amount? Is it Rural? Is it entitled ? Whats it Zoned for? Are their streets, sewer, and power?
Nobody has responded because all this info is needed?
Get this info a 1003, credit, and email me.
