A borrower tries to make a Car Wash in Baltimore, MD. His credit score is over 700. He is leasing the land and warehouse right now with 10 years and 10 years option. The lease started about a year ago and the borrower will purchase lend and building after the lease term. Actually construction cost will be $900,000.00 and the borrower will put down 30% to 35%. He can provide tax returns, lease, permit & plan, business plan, projection and site analysis, and also the borrower can collateral his business, and also guarantor.
