I am looking to add FHA loans to my operation without having to meet all of HUD's Accounting Audit requirements. Does anyone know of any way to have FHA without joining a Net Branch or getting approved by FHA? OR of a Net Branch operation that will allow you to keep your own name and still do FHA loans with them?

Check with Sierra Pacific. They allow DBA's but have volume requirements.
