I have a client that needs an unsecured personal loan. 720+ credit with 8-9K monthly in the bank. He does own a home in CA but already has a second against it. Any sources feel free to contact me to get this done asap. Gail info@OMegafund.com |

I can try and do it Steve, is there more to this than I know already? . DRDIAMOND email me and I'll give you some more info as well on an Unsecured loan. Thanks CC... and Happy New Year to you and Steve as well.
Your borrower must prove income avg $8500 a month means they woudl get a MAX of 60% of the GROSS they can prove.
Joshua Unsecured has a great place on here. They assist borrowers and business owners with rehab or inventory money, down payments, remodeling money, and in some cases in replace of a stand alone 2nd. The best way to view this loan is as a Band Aid to a problem not a Solution. These loans help borrowers save a deal or help increase value, further productions, etc.. in many cases.

Apparently I did post on the wrong board. All of you have one eye focused on residential mortgages. Your world is very small and closing quickly. Thanks Shawn I will contact you do see if it works. May not be a fit due to proving income. G Omega Funding, Inc http://www.omegafund.com

Yes you did place this on the wrong broad! I don't like people coming on here asking for advice and then cutting responder down, especially from someone who has very little number of post and will not use their own name in their profile. |

Omega thanks. Brandie is always very nice. I think that she didn't see all the responses. Brandie I think he was referring to the responses of go to a loan shark this is the wrong place for a private entertainer reply and the credit card response. Yea we cant do Stated, If the borrower owns a business and they have credit card sales we can go that route as well.
You have to take the good with the bad. Some people may be having a bad day and express their sarcasm or stress in the wrong arena but never the less express it. Sometimes these people are frustrated, tired, hurt, or not educated ion the subject yet believe the post is a crazy topic, idea, or thought. Then they express their feelings on that as well. Since this is kinda a public forum you'll get responses you don't like from time to time. The best thing to do is turn the cheek, and treat the others with kindness or don't reply to harshly. You never know when you may meet again or need one anothers help. Our tongues are always fast to get us in trouble and in this case our typing- button to screen. We should all look to work together during such a crazy time, yet very constructive time, and time full of opportunity. Ofcourse were not all going to ever have peace but you know what I mean... :)
Brandie I still appreciate the salsa recipe! |
