I am in search of Wholesale Commercial Lenders that I can broker loans to directly. I have deals that cannot be completed by my bank and want to stop sending referrals to others. Colorado and surrounding states are ok, but I prefer Nationwide Lenders.

Who do you use for Commercial Deals? And can I get some feedback from the posters who have worked with them?
