I have this great document that I am willing to share to those who are interested. I was going to post it here but it is too long I think and I might get into trouble for posting the very long document. I had this sent to me a few years back so I am not the originator of this form but my friend claimed to be and he is no longer in the business so I kept it and hand it out from time to time.
If you are interested please send me your email and I will send it along, its a PDF.

yikes please don't bite I'm just trying to share the document, if I could get permission to put it on here being as long as it is I would do that instead------
either way it has some nice ideas, some older and one or two that I might be concerned with in regards to respa but like I said my friend gave the document to me ages ago and he has since got ouf of the business. It does have some nice ideas. |

| This document provides some great info. One question I have is with #63 sending congratulatory cards to parents of newborns. How do you find the address of the couple? I'm in a large city and if Mr & Mrs Smith have a baby, and I try to look them up using something like www.anywho.com it populates 10+ names. Is there any other place than the newspaper to find this info that may help narrow down the names? Has anyone tried this and had decent results? Or were couples weirded out? I'm also thinking about sending cards to newlyweds as they may need a loan for a new home as well. Thanks in advance! |

Not sure about the new baby ones, in our town paper they list the new births and parents then I suppose you would need to do an info search hoping to find where they live maybe?
I had mentioned earlier in one of my post that a few of these ideas may be out dated or even border line respa issues based on the way things have changed since this document was put together.
I think the doc is about ten years old now or a bit more |

| My question about the newborns was if anyone knew of another way to find the info (besides the paper) and how to get their address. When I look in the paper it says John and Jane Smith from Soandso, TN welcomed their newborn John Jr. When I try to search for their address (on sites like www.anywho.com) it populates multiple names and addresses then I have to guess which one is correct. It just seemed like a decent way to get some free leads, thats all. |
