When did Flagstar and GMAC start the FHA Secure? We are their brokers but not yet notified that they have now offered the FHA Secure.

They've both been doing it for a while. I think (but not sure since I don't use them) that GMAC was in early on, before the GNMA pool was even set up to fund them. Flagstar's announcement and rules can be found on their website. It popped up at the time whenever you signed on to put in a new loan.

| I have yet to find a customer that can benefit from this loan. Would you consider sharing the scenarios you are working? I must be missing something.....if they can show they qualify because of not missing a payment until reset, the value is gone or they can't qualify. I won't even mention the seconds. |
