| Fellow brokers I need help.I have a person who does remodels kitchen,bathrooms etc.and is giving me many leads, are there any lenders who specialize in this besides HELOC'S.Any information would be greatly appreciated.Jobs mainly in Florida.Thanks in advance. |

vertice does rehab loans, but right now only on sfrs. m&t bank (m&t dean on the board) also does them. indymac.
coopercash, a BO memeber whom i would love to do business w him cause im sure the deal would be closed before it even got started, is a wealth of knowledge on basically anything tricky in mortgage finance. the man advertises things that i really want to get into.
rehab and construction loans are what you really should be using. helocs and cash out refis can leave people out of money more easily with an incomplete house, cause of cost over runs, and those unexpected things that pop up during construction.
