I have a DU -LP APProval- problem is- He is self employed and I just got his 1040- He writes off 1/2 of income...... Need: - LP or DU Approval that will allow for 30 days income - no 1040 - (yeay right.....) - No Doc - SIVA - Stated - ****** must allow for 6% sellers concessions
680 score - MD Property - 444,000 loan amount
Anything- I'm desperate- we were suppose to close tomorrow!!

If you were supposed to close tomorrow, how in the world did you get this far without having 1040's and actually knowing the income?
And a 6% concession? That is not Fannie/Freddie for <$417,000, you're looking at an Alt-A or non-prime deal.
Unbelievable....

| I heard Wachovia still does some stated but I can't remember if to 95%. 680 or 700 FICO I believe. You could check them out, hopefully they have something for you. |

Citi still has DU Ageny Sisa. I am doing a NOO with a 6.5% rate.
Turn times are horrible though you won't close until sometime next month.
I as well have the same question how did you get to closing tomorrow without having financials?? |
