We can use alternative credit for 80% or below transactions. Here is pricing on our 30 Year Fixed: 7.5% PAR.

I also have a SISA borrower with no credit score,
except 12 months' perfect mortgage rating and 2 years
employment can be verified. Manufactured home in
Murrieta, CA. 70% LTV, cashout refi. Cashout to
$20,000 only. Borrower does not use credit cards but
can provide utility bills and mobil home park bills as
well as home insurance.

GO with a Stated FICO Program and use the score 950. :-)
