Starting on or about January 1, 2008 America’s Largest Bank ($540 billion in assets, over 8 million customers, #1 retail home mortgage lender ) will begin to promote a new concept in mortgages that will define the future of real estate loans in this country.
They are called TDR (total debt reduction) Mortgages. Simply put, TDR Mortgages are mortgages bundled with consumer debts and/or small business debts that are paid off by the Mortgagor in 1/2 the normal time or less. All this while making the same or lower monthly payments. This applies to both refinances and home purchase loans.
For example; A new TDR Mortgage would be paid off in 14 - 15 years with the customer making the same or lower monthly payment as a 30 year fixed mortgage, and all other debts would be paid off as well within the same time frame.

This will be followed by a major national advertising campaign aimed at promoting TDR Mortgages as the mortgage of the future. The response to the bank's national marketing and promotion campaign is expected to be huge.
The Bank has committed to promoting along with financing TDR Mortgages however the mortgages can only be offered to the public by affiliated Real Estate Professionals and Brokers.
