We are generating tele-verified leads and interested in working with a few brokers in each state. We offer the following guarantees:
A) 100% contact ratio - if you dial the lead at least 3 times a day for the 2 days following assignment.
B) 5% closing ratio. If you buy consistently; we will guarantee you will close at least 5%
C) Exclusivity - we self generate these leads and are only selling exclusive at this time.
D) we're easy to work with. We're in this business to sell leads, and recognize our customers must be successful or they won;t be able to keep buying from us.
E) New customer sign-up bonus: We will assign you a few leads each day in your home state for you to try us out. Receive your leads M-F and pay for them by the following Thursday - we'll let you work the leads BEFORE you pay for them, leads are $40 each.
Based on our guarantees, we prefer each LO receive a maximum of 3 leads per day; and you only buy leads in your home state. If you're a multi state lender, we will still gladly work with you, but at slightly different performance guarantees. |

We do not have a minimum lead order per se. We would like to work with brokers that will take 2-5 leads per day consistently. We self generate leads every day; so we don't have many leads that are unsold day-to-day.
Since I strongly prefer to offer only exclusive leads; we need our broker partners to be a little bit flexible in the daily quantity, there are some states that we're currently only generating a few leads per week. But since those states are now being sold to a net branch type company, they really don't care how many leads they receive from any given state. Once we get dedicated brokers in every state, we will gladly work with the brokers to deliver the quantity they desire.
