So far this loan still cant be done, i know there has to be a way. 660 Fico 77% LTV O/O SFR Cash Out Debt Consolidation, Stated/Waige Earner.
My Client is not on title but he has been making payments on this property, i have 12months money orders verifying payments. I also have 6 months verify PITI's. Clients DTI is a bit high at 59% but client has no mortgage lates. All my client wants is just to get out of the Adjustable rate he's in right now onto a Fix-Rate. We been trying for about 3 months already and no one can do the loan. Client dosent want to lose he's home but, selling might become an option. |
